As a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania general contractor and construction management company,\u00a0Santech Construction Corporation, based in Wynnewood, PA, handles both new construction and\u00a0renovations\u00a0—\u00a0with a special emphasis on kitchen and bathroom remodeling. For example,\u00a0the association plans on events like\u00a0\u201cHelp a Neighbor a Day.\u201d \u00a0Help a Neighbor a Day\u00a0consist of improving homes in the\u00a0neighborhood, installing new doors and windows before the cold\u00a0weather starts.<\/p>\n
